Tiger Airways Customer Service and Support Quality

In order to survive, most businesses need to ensure that they provide good customer support and service.

One of the things that make budget airlines unique is that they often operates on many routes without competition. In other words, on some sectors, no other airline can even come close to the price the budget carrier charges.

What that can mean is that without competition, so long as the airline meets basic standards and conditions, great or even good customer service may be one of the things that isn't essential for an airline to survive.

Many blogs and websites indicate some frustration with the level of customer service provided by budget or low cost carriers. That doesn't mean they are all bad, but some people do have some concerns with the ability of some airlines to provide good service and effective problem resolution.

    Overall: Until today I thought I wasn't a racist, now I know I can't stand stupid indians and there call centres, cheap flights through tiger mean poor service , tiger airways outsource there phones to indians that have no moral compass and simply do as there told , provide nothing but a lousy service as they pretend they can't speak english. Tiger airways should be run out of business, we neither need them in the industry and the world would not be sucked into this company and its shocking policies. My son missed his flight because he went to the old terminal at Gold Coast airport,which has now been moved 1500 metres away, not being a regular flyer , he then went to security gate before checking in, by the time he was directed to the check in he was 5 minutes late although the passengers were in the process of boarding, rather than let him catch his flight , they cancelled his ticket and insisted he pay $85 to re-book and wait 6 hours until the next flight, great fXXXing service you inconsiderate bunch of morons. I then called tiger airways and the only person I could speak to was in Asia and couldn't understand english, when asked for a bit of consideration regarding my sons prediciment , she pretends to be a robot, I'm sorry sir you must Pay the money to rebook , there is nothing I can do, I asked if I could speak to a supervisor and she insisted I was speaking with one and there was no-one else in the entire of tiger airways that I could ask for a review of this decision.
    Just because I can , every Indian who rings me I will pretend I can't understand and ask them to ring tiger airlines quoting there number as I hang up , so all you indians looking to sell me something , understand knowing your culture is to be disrespectful to Australians I will never deal with you period and tiger I hope a bomb gets put on you planes one by one until there out of business for good.
